Ceramic Dagger Workshop

As you stumble your journey’s last steps to your sleepy village, you let out a sight of relief. You have spent the last four winters fighting a power-hungry wizard who had cursed the woodland folk and laid waste to the enchanted forests. At last, you have put a stop to him and can return to a normal life. But as your battleworn boots hit the cobbled stone, you hear a faint whisper on the wind… A plea for aid. Your efforts are needed once more to liberate a fallen comrade. But before you return, you must forge a new blade.

In this workshop, you’ll pick out a hand-sculpted dagger and decorate it using a selection of underglazes. Ceramic artist Sophia (they/them) will walk you through the technique, how to mix underglazes to get your desired colour, and provide a fun fill-in-the-blanks lore sheet to help you figure out the backstory and name of your dagger… because every self-respecting blade needs a name.

After you have finished decorating your dagger, Sophia will apply a layer of transparent glaze that will give your dagger a shiny finish. All daggers have a small hook sculpted into the back so you may display it as a wallhanging if you wish.

Daggers will then be fired and you will receive an email or call when they are ready for pick up at Print Hole.

Introduction to Tabletop Games

GAMES

Necropolis

A powerful lich commands a gathering, a small group of undead minions raised from a troubled slumber to do your bidding.

Necropolis is a 28mm scale miniatures agnostic, small footprint wargame set in a crumbling world of death and undeath. Narrative focused with built in progression of your Lich’s ambitions. Necropolis has no failure rolls, every roll is meaningful. Attacks always connect and it’s up to the dice to decide if the blow dealt is crushing or a mere glance. Your spells are always successful, but their powers vary. Warbands can vary in size from 1-8 models and the game area is a small 16”x16” square.

Are you interested in the world of table top wargames but put off by the larger buy-in and scale of most popular options? Come check out a demo game of Necropolis, the game that’s been a darling of the “28” side of the miniature community since the first draft.

All miniatures, play area, rules, and gameplay aids will be supplied.

Cryptic Realm

Participants play as a party of heroes as they try to win gold from the tombs of the restless dead. Players work together to defeat the undead, but only one hero wins the richest treasure

The game plays quickly, and can easily handle players joining in during the course of play

Everything is provided, and there will be extra game booklets available for anyone interested

Age of Sigmar Spearhead

Spearhead is a fast-paced standalone game mode for Warhammer Age of Sigmar designed for quick tactical battles that typically finish in less than an hour. The format utilizes streamlined core rules and pre-set, fixed army lists, allowing players to skip complex list-building by simply fielding the contents of a single faction box. Battles are fought on a compact, quarter-sized table and use dynamic card decks for twists and battle tactics, making it highly accessible for beginners while maintaining strategic depth for veterans.

One Page Rules

OnePageRules is a free, fast-to-learn tabletop wargaming system designed to make hobby gaming simple and accessible. The core rules fit onto a single page and use an alternating unit activation system that lets you play with any miniatures you already own. Popular titles like Grimdark Future and Age of Fantasy offer streamlined alternatives to complex traditional wargames.
